As our Client Services Coordinator, Rebbecca works closely with our clients that are accessing NDIS services. Rebbecca has a wealth of experience from working in the health sector as a Registered Nurse in major public and private Intensive Care Units in Adelaide.  Rebbecca developed an interest in Disability as a parent and volunteers her time for an advocacy organisation and providing peer support.  Realising that she was becoming proficient in the areas of advocacy, research and assisting people to access supports, Rebbecca formalised her skills and studied Case Management with her area of focus being the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Her history of client care, advocacy, peer support and policy development means that she has a crucial role in ensuring that Connect Psychology maintains the highest standards when it comes to compliance with organisations such as the NDIA, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards commission.  In her role at Connect Psychology Rebbecca helps to ensure that staff keep up to date with NDIS changes and provider requirements.  She also plays a key role in the formulation of policies and procedures.

Rebbecca has extensive knowledge of NDIS processes as well as from the perspective of a parent and is able to share her to support you through the steps in accessing and maintaining your NDIS funding.  Rebbecca can also provide Support Coordination services for our clients who are Self-Managed or Plan Managed.
